Projects implemented in 2020 – 2025
During its activities, our Center has implemented the following important projects:
2020: MOM-yusaid project – “Response to COVID-19 and recovery” –
a sociological survey was conducted among 1,000 migrants, 12 business projects were developed
2021: The project
“Training every rural family member in entrepreneurship and
helping to lift them out of poverty!” funded by the Public Fund under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan – through the mechanization of agricultural work,
the plots of rural residents in need of social protection
were prepared for planting based on agrotechnical rules, and 5 greenhouses were built.
2021-2022. The European Union project “
Supporting labor migrants and their families to mitigate the negative consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic ” –
a survey was conducted among 500 migrants, 375 psychological, 250 legal and 100 material
assistance were provided.
2023-2024. The project of the International Organization for Migration and the Norwegian Embassy “Women and Migration” carried out activities to change negative attitudes towards women returning from migration in
Andijan city, Kurgan-tepa, Balikchi, Pakhtaabad and Izboskan districts of Andijan region and conducted 300 questionnaire surveys to identify their needs. August-December 2024. The project of the International Organization for Migration “ Raising public awareness of the services provided to victims of human trafficking at the Republican Rehabilitation Center ” was implemented. It carried out activities to raise awareness among citizens about the comprehensive services provided by the Republican Rehabilitation Center to victims of human trafficking .
