✅ On November 29 of this year, a Working Meeting of partner organizations was held at the “Our Love for You” Center in Andijan city within the framework of the project “Sweden’s contribution to supporting the activities of the UN Office for Migration in preventing irregular migration to Sweden and the European Union”. ☝️ This event was attended by representatives of the International Organization for Migration in Uzbekistan, the Andijan regional khokimiyat, the regional Department of Internal Affairs, the Sub-Commission on Combating Human Trafficking, the regional branch of the Migration Agency, seven citizens’ assemblies of 3 neighborhoods in the city, and representatives of non-governmental organizations. ❗️As part of the project, small grants of 5 thousand US dollars announced in the neighborhoods are contributing to the development of family entrepreneurship in order to develop and finance business initiatives of returnees and potential migrants. 👍 Also, at this event, office equipment was donated to 3 neighborhood citizens’ assemblies in the city where the project is being implemented.  

Based on the project “A healthy child is the future of our nation!”, the Andijan region “Our Love for You” Center for Social and Legal Support for Women and Their Family Members donated 1 “Kyuvez” (an incubator for newborns, a neonatal table) worth 66,500,000 soums to the maternity ward of the Khojaabad district medical association for use in the work process.

The Andijan region NGO “Our Love for You” within the framework of the “Healthy Child – Healthy Future” project funded by the Public Fund of the Oliy Majlis, and at the initiative of the Izboskan District Council of People’s Deputies, a modern incubator for premature babies was brought to the Izboskan district maternity complex. 🔹 This device plays an important role in maintaining the health of premature babies and providing them with comprehensive care. 🔹 The incubator creates an optimal temperature, humidity and oxygen environment necessary for newborns. On behalf of the Izboskan district medical association team, the Andijan region NGO “Our Love for You” expresses its deep gratitude to the Izboskan District Council and all deputies for such good work and initiatives.

Projects implemented in 2020 – 2025 During its activities, our Center has implemented the following important projects: 2020: MOM-yusaid project – “Response to COVID-19 and recovery” – a sociological survey was conducted among 1,000 migrants, 12 business projects were developed 2021: The project “Training every rural family member in entrepreneurship and helping to lift them out of poverty!” funded by the Public Fund under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan – through the mechanization of agricultural work, the plots of rural residents in need of social protection were prepared for planting based on agrotechnical rules, and 5 greenhouses were built. 2021-2022. The European Union project “ Supporting labor migrants and their families to mitigate the negative consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic ” – a survey was conducted among 500 migrants, 375 psychological, 250 legal and 100 material assistance were provided. 2023-2024. The project of the International Organization for Migration and the Norwegian Embassy “Women and Migration” carried out activities to change negative attitudes towards women returning from migration in Andijan city, Kurgan-tepa, Balikchi, Pakhtaabad and Izboskan districts of Andijan region and conducted 300 questionnaire surveys to identify their needs. August-December 2024. The project of the International Organization for Migration “ Raising public awareness of the services provided to victims of human trafficking at the Republican Rehabilitation Center ” was implemented. It carried out activities to raise awareness among citizens about the comprehensive services provided by the Republican Rehabilitation Center to victims of human trafficking .  

On August 21 of this year, a training seminar was held in the conference hall of the Andijan regional administration for activists of the “Advisory Councils” established under the authority of the regional Department of Family and Women and its city and district departments. Representatives of state, business and non-governmental organizations participated in the training seminar on the topic “Issues of improving the effectiveness of the activities of advisory councils”. The training seminar was attended by reports from the First Deputy Chairman of the Republican Committee on Family and Women, MA Nurmatova, and the Head of the Regional Department of Family and Women, GMAhmedova. At this training seminar, the director of the Andijan region “Mehrimiz izika” center for social and legal support for women and their families, H.T. Mirzarakhimova, gave a presentation on the participation of non-governmental organizations in solving various problems among women and on equal rights and equal opportunities for women and men. Also, at the event, the leadership of the region, city and district “Advisory Council” outlined future plans and tasks to improve the effectiveness of its activities.
